Here are some of the errors I found in my PhD Dissertation since August 2003. 
Here is the original copy of my dissertation.

Page 47-48: The BMSL language was first designed as ASL. The examples discussed for CString, class StatBuf, string realpath and event writeOpen are from this paper.

Page 50-51: Typos in the dissertation have been fixed. 

Also, the citations to two of my previous papers in IEEE DISCEX 2000 and RAID 2001 have been fixed.
